Pa’upili is a monthly community gathering held on the third Saturday of each month in Lahaina Town at Lahaina United Methodist Church, under the large tree behind where our beautiful church once stood and will stand again. This event is hosted by the Maui Economic Recovery Commission (Maui ERC) - Healing Team. The series provides a safe, culturally grounded, and inclusive space for residents affected by the fire to come together through music, art, crafts, food, and storytelling. These activities inspire us as we journey together to rebuild our community.
Our church will have a booth at the event where we will be selling baked goods and otai, a delicious Tongan fruit drink. If you would like to contribute by baking something to sell at the event, please email us at office@lumcmaui.org to let us know.
Come eat and shop local, enjoy live entertainment, free keiki activities, hands-on exhibits, and giveaways.
Blessings,
Pastor John
